The primary function of the Raining app is to provide you with an accurate, localized weather forecast. To do this, we must collect your precise location information.

Your location data is processed instantaneously to fetch your local weather forecast and is **not stored on our servers or associated with any permanent identifier** by Tangier Dreams.

2. Information Collected by Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services which may collect and process information, including location data (if permitted by you), according to their own privacy policies.

A. Google AdMob (Advertising)

• **Service Provider:** Google LLC (AdMob)
• **Data Collected:** Device identifiers (like Android Advertising ID), device information (model, OS), IP address, and app usage. If you grant location permission, AdMob may use this information to serve personalized, location-based advertisements.
• **User Consent (EEA/UK):** Where legally required, we use the Google User Messaging Platform (UMP) SDK to secure your consent for data processing related to personalized advertising.

B. External Weather API Service (Functionality)

The App communicates with a third-party weather data provider to fetch weather information. Your location (latitude and longitude) is sent to this provider **only** to request the local forecast. We encourage you to review the privacy policy of the specific weather provider used within the App (e.g., OpenWeatherMap, AccuWeather, etc.) for details on how they handle location queries.

3. Your Rights and Choices Regarding Location

• **Withdrawal of Location Permission:** You can stop the collection of your precise location information at any time by withdrawing the permission through your device's operating system settings. If you disable location services for the Raining app, it may not be able to provide the current, localized weather forecast.
• **Revoking Ad Consent:** You can change or withdraw your consent regarding personalized ads at any time within the App's **Settings** menu.
• **Data Deletion (Uninstallation):** Because we do not store your location data, uninstalling the App is sufficient to stop all direct data collection.
